Refund policy

Market-priced and collectible products

Prices for precious metals and collectible coins may change rapidly. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated below, sales are final after an order is accepted and cannot be returned because of a change in market value, buyer preference, or a difference between the purchase price and a later market price.

Eligible issues

We will review a request when an item arrives damaged, is materially different from the item ordered, is missing from the parcel, or is otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law. Minor variations that are expected for random-year, circulated, cull, bullion, or pre-owned coins—including date, mint mark, toning, contact marks, packaging, and normal wear—are not defects when the product description discloses that such variations may occur.

How to report a problem

Email support@sovereigncoinarchive.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the item, parcel, shipping label, and packaging. Keep all original materials until we complete our review.

Return authorization

Do not send an item back without written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition received, with all original holders, capsules, certificates, labels, packaging, and included materials. Items that have been altered, cleaned, removed from sealed or certified holders, substituted, damaged after delivery, or otherwise changed may be ineligible for a refund.

Resolution and refunds

After inspection, we may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund to the original payment method, as appropriate and as required by law. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to request cancellation. A cancellation is not guaranteed once payment has been authorized or the order has entered processing. We may cancel an order for inventory, verification, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational reasons. If we cancel after payment is captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.
