Shipping policy

Order destinations

Sovereign Coin Archive currently ships to valid addresses within the United States. We do not ship to destinations prohibited by applicable law, carrier restrictions, sanctions, or fraud-prevention controls. Some products or destinations may require additional verification before shipment.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders unless a different charge is clearly displayed at checkout. Any optional expedited service, signature service, special handling, tax, duty, or other charge will be shown before you submit your order when applicable.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are reviewed and prepared during business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days, unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. High order volume, payment review, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, remote destinations, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Order verification

Because collectible and precious-metal products can have significant value, we may request additional information to verify the purchaser, payment method, or shipping address. An order may be held, canceled, or refunded if verification cannot be completed or if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing error, or other misuse.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel. Please check your shipping confirmation and carrier tracking page before contacting support.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be deducted from any available refund to the extent permitted by law.

Delivered, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area, household members, building staff, and the carrier first. If the package appears lost, damaged, opened, or tampered with, contact us promptly at support@sovereigncoinarchive.com with your order number and any available photos. Keep all packaging and contents while the matter is reviewed. Carrier investigations and claim decisions may require additional time and documentation.
