These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sovereign Coin Archive website, store, content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for information submitted through your account, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images may be representative, especially for random-year, circulated, cull, bullion, or pre-owned coins. Dates, mint marks, toning, packaging, surface characteristics, and normal wear may vary unless a specific attribute is expressly guaranteed. Screen settings and photography can affect color and apparent detail.

Prices and market movement

Prices, availability, promotions, and purchase limits may change without notice. Precious-metal and collectible-coin prices can fluctuate quickly. A product being displayed or placed in a cart does not reserve it or guarantee a price. If a material pricing, description, availability, or technical error occurs, we may correct it and reject or cancel the affected order, subject to applicable law.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, verify, or cancel an order for lawful reasons, including availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing error, purchase limits, shipping restrictions, or misuse of a promotion. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean final acceptance. If we cancel after capturing payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Payment, taxes, and promotions

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges displayed at checkout. Promotions may have separate conditions, may not be combined unless stated, and may be modified or ended as permitted by law. We may correct misuse, duplication, or technical application of a promotion.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Market-priced and collectible products may be subject to final-sale restrictions described in the Refund Policy, without limiting mandatory legal rights.

Authenticity and grading

We stand behind the authenticity of products as described. Unless expressly stated, an opinion regarding grade, condition, rarity, value, or collectibility is not a guarantee of future grading results, resale value, investment performance, or market liquidity. Decisions by third-party grading or authentication services are independent of us.

No investment, tax, or legal advice

Content on the Services is provided for retail and general informational purposes. It is not investment, financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. Precious metals and collectibles can rise or fall in value, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified advisers where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to violate law; infringe rights; submit false or misleading information; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or automate access without permission; impersonate another person; commit fraud; resell access to the Services; or attempt to bypass purchase, geographic, account, or security restrictions.

Intellectual property

The Services and their text, branding, graphics, photographs, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Sovereign Coin Archive and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information unless we give written permission otherwise.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovereign Coin Archive and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the Services or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification
